  • How far in advance should I schedule my services? +

    ErrandMe requests at least 6 hour advance notice for moving/relocation errands. However, other errands at least 1 hour notice is required

  • Can I request a service that isn’t listed? +

    Yes, please feel free to contact us regarding any service that you may need.

  • What are your prices? +

    Prices are dependent on the services rendered.

  • What are your payment terms? +

    Before any errand is carried out, 50% deposit is required to be paid by the client to the ErrandMe office. Payment details are given during the confirmation call from the office.

  • What form of payments do you accept? +

    We accept bank or Mpesa payments ( Till No:980297.

  • What is your geographical service area? +

    ErrandMe Services covers Nairobi and its environs.

  • What are the cancellation terms? +

    A client may cancel an errand before, during the confirmation call from the office or 10 minutes immediately after the call. If the deposit has been paid and the client cancels the errand, the client will be fined a penalty of 25% of the deposited amount.
